Christine Blondel

Program committee

Christine Blondel has over 25 years of experience in the family business field and exposure to hundreds of family business cases through her teaching, writing, conferences, advising and board memberships.


She uses Fair Process principles to advise family firms on issues of transition and governance,  teaches at INSEAD and is regularly invited by other business schools.


A frequent FBN contributor, her first participation was at the Paris Summit in 1998. She joined the International Board from 2001 to 2004. She participated in many Summits and run sessions in various local chapters.


She received the « Interdisciplinary Achievement Award » from the Family Firm Institute in 2017.

She is an alumna from INSEAD (MBA, Negotiation and Governance programmes), Ecole Polytechnique France (Ms.Sc.), and Procter & Gamble (Marketing and Finance). Several family businesses can be found in her direct and indirect ancestry.


Having raised four (now grown-up) boys is an important part of her CV.
