Fabien Derville
Chairman, Mobivia and Decathlon Group
Fabien Derville was born and grew up in Lille in a very entrepreneurial environment with his father who founded Norauto in 1970, that later became part of the Mobivia Group, and his mother coming from Mulliez family.
Fabien initially built his career in operational roles with Leroy Merlin for eight years and then joined Norauto in 1992 where he gradually grew to managing Norauto International from 2013 to 2016.
He has been exposed to Governance and Boards as a member of the Board of Agapes from 2012 to 2018 (catering activities such as Flunch), Creadev from 2015 to 2018 (Mulliez family innovation investment fund) and Decathlon from 1998 to 2006.
Currently he is the Chairman of the Board of Mobivia Group since 2016, and the Chairman of the Board of Decathlon since 2018.
Besides his wife and their family of four children, his passion goes to biking and aeronautic.
