Francesca Ambrosini

Francesca Ambrosini is an FFI Fellow (Family Firms Institute) and has been working in the family business sphere for over 15 years, first at Campden Wealth where she led the Conferences arm and had the chance to be mentored by some of the world’s greatest advisers and academics, she then moved to EY where she supported the creation and establishment of their Global Family Business Centre of Excellence. She currently leads PwC’s global family business and family office clients programmes and her focus is on thought leadership (including the PwC Global Family Business Survey), research, proprietary content, events and the deployment of clients’ programmes and initiatives globally. She has also the incredible privilege to support and keep connected a global network of PwC’s family business practitioners across over 80 territories.


Francesca has a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Trieste and holds an Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advisory, and before entering the world of family businesses she worked in international organisations, media and in major global B2B events. She was born and raised in Italy and has been living with her family in London for the last 25 years.
