Emilie Bonamy is Executive coach, Founder and President of ELB Conseil. With her team, she supports Family businesses in the co-construction of their governance, thus developing stewardship and contributing to their sustainability.

ELB Conseil relies on structured and proven processes such as family charter, vision and raison d'être, transmission coaching, etc. 

 

After graduating from a Master of Litterature, Sciences-Po and ESSEC - MBA University of Chicago, she started as a Strategic Analyst at Vivendi, becoming Director of Marketing Studies, CEO of a publishing house and Director of Communication.

 

Then she became an Executive coach training in individual, team and organizational coaching, Transactional Analysis, Systemic, Appreciative Inquiry, and MBTI.

 

Being a G10 shareholder of Wendel - a 300-year-old French Family business - she experiences from the inside many typical issues which makes her know what being a Family business member means.

 

She is a certified Independent Director  and gives numerous conferences and case-studies for Family businesses and Family offices within FBN, AFFO, and Unilasalle.

 

Emilie lives in Paris with her husband and they have three daughters.
