Learning about our family patterns as a tool towards transparency and dialogue in difficult conversations

Small Group Discussion

Family patterns are unique to each of our families, we inherit them and pass them on. Some are tremendously positive while others condition us in less positive ways. Knowing and understanding our family patterns allows us to observe our family system, helping us to gain neutrality and emotional independence. This makes us better at being less reactive, communicating better and with more resources to deal with difficult conversations.
