Alyce Jurgensen is a second-generation owner of Top Notch Distributors, Inc. the leading distributor of architectural door hardware and accessories in the United States.

TND was founded in 1975 by Wanda and Chuck Jurgensen in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, and over the last 48 years has grown its footprint to five states nationwide and completed multiple acquisitions.

Alyce has served on TND’s Board of Directors since 2006, the same year the company also initiated an Employee Stock Option Plan. Outside board directors were welcomed in 2017, a first in the company’s history. After having lived in various cities in the US and abroad, including time in Australia and the Netherlands, Alyce recently settled in Northern Delaware with her husband. When not working on the family business, Alyce is a Psychotherapist and Life Coach with twenty years of experience working with individuals in the areas of domestic violence, mental health and purposeful change. Her appetite for travel, learning and new experiences is insatiable. Her newest adventure is learning to row.
