Maria Emilia is an alumna of University of Virginia and Herbal Medicine for Women student. Fueled by her struggle against PCOS and hormonal acne, she founded Aphlora to address the root causes of women's health issues, propelled by her transformative experience of motherhood.

As sisters married to two brothers, we have a strong bond rooted in shared values and a deep understanding of the dynamics of family enterprises. Apholora is our third venture together and the closest to our hearts.
