Camilo Palaez is a passionate food entrepreneur. He graduated with a bachelor's in culinary arts and management from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Since then, has worked, invested, and operated multiple hospitality related businesses. In 2015 he founded Home Burgers along with four other friends. The company motto: "Be the neighborhood hamburger joint wherever we open". Fast-casual chain in Colombia, 35 locations in 4 cities. A great and sustainable product, employee growth, and community impact drive our success. As Home Burgers COO, he has led the company through its incredible growth. As of today, he leads the company’s internationalization plan.

His other investments in the hospitality industry include Bricko, a fast-casual pizza restaurant in Bogotá, and Curveball, a food concept incubator. He works as an advisor to the management of these companies.

Besides Hospitality, his other passions are trail running and traveling with his family.
