Lucía is the founder and Executive Director of FBN Ecuador since 2013. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of EDIMCA, Salud S.A. and Natural Vitality. She is also the founder and president of Medford S.A., a small company dedicated to summer camp operations. 

Past work experience includes member and president of the Board of Directors of the American School of Quito, member of the board of the Ecuadorian Institute of Corporate Governance, member of the Board of Aglomerados Cotopaxi, Director of Private Banking and Corporate Finance and Member of the Board of Directors 1998-1999 of Banco Aserval, Manager of Corporate Credit at Citibank Ecuador.

Lucia holds a BA in Engineering and Economics from Brown University, Rhode Island, USA. She is Ecuadorian, born 1969, married, 3 children. Third-generation member of her family business, a vertically integrated forest and wood products industrial and commercial group.
