Quentin Lesaffre fell into entrepreneurship as a child being born in the North of France where many Family Businesses have been developed mainly in mass market and retail with groups like LVMH, Auchan, Decathlon,… However, you will find the Lesaffre group as a key global player in fermentation for more than a century, with a turnover of 2.7 billion euros, and established on all continents with 11,000 employees and 96 nationalities.

As a non-operating shareholder and alongside his brothers who are themselves entrepreneurs, Quentin has developed this entrepreneurial spirit to create his own business in 2011: the Coaching Comedy Club.

The mission of the Coaching Comedy Club is to make management techniques and team development tools accessible to as many people as possible through public shows, theater workshops and teambuilding activities.

During his experiences abroad, Quentin tried to discover as many communication techniques as possible from the different cultures observed to make things more concrete and applicable to everyone.

Always curious and in search of development, Quentin is working on new shows with always the same target: to create the spark in order to make people want to be trained or be coached in soft skills
